Herbal Honeys

Swarm's Herbal Honeys are inspired by our pollinator herb garden. We let some herbs flower in the garden for the bees and butterflies, and we harvest some blooms for you!

The sage and lemon verbena honeys are infused into raw Oregon wildflower honey. And the basil is infused in wild blackberry honey. 

These unique flavors are versatile and add unique flavor for baking + cooking. Uses include salad dressings, marinated vegetables, and honey chicken.

Herbal honeys can also be added to mocktails or cocktails for a refreshing drinks.
